The MSs have the worker-oversight positions---they pass out buckets and rags in appropriate numbers for the sisters (you know they aren't able to handle this type of oversight), determine which areas need more brooms, and determine which areas are sufficiently completed.
The elders must walk around and assemble themselves into small groups to discuss "spiritual matters."
They be giving a witness when they clean up after themselves.

As a MS I took the lead in cleaning during assemblies. Not only that, I aided in doing the actual work. I can't say the same of other ones who took the lead.
How much do they get paid? I remember when people got paid $8 per hour to clean things up--that could have gone up recently. Yet, the witlesses are supposed to do it for nothing.
They are discouraged from going to college. While I do favor counting the cost of going $200,000 into debt when the job market is crap, I am not totally against college. There are also so many rules that many jobs are off limits. They are supposed to work part time so they can pio-sneer. And they are not supposed to invest, whether in the stock market or in precious metals. Which cuts them off from any possibility of getting major windfalls. Even inheritances are supposed to go into the Worldwide Pedophile Defense Fund instead of to the children.
Without these opportunities to get reasonably rich, they are still expected to donate. They have to waste gas to drive in field circus. They waste money on field circus supplies--a suit dry cleaning can be more than $20 these days (it used to be around $10 in the early 1990s, but I am sure it has gone up). And those Worldwide Pedophile Defense Fund donations waste even more. I don't know what they are supposed to live on.
