At least Jws only refuse blood transfusions. But here is a group reminiscent of Christian Science that refuses any kind of treatment.

"Two members of a religious sect that rejects modern medicine were jailed Tuesday after refusing to cooperate with authorities investigating their missing baby. Juvenile Court Judge Kenneth Nasif said he was not convinced that Rebecca Corneau had a miscarriage last fall, as she said. He told her and David Corneau they had to bring their child to court Feb. 14 or reveal the burial site. The two were led away in handcuffs. State child welfare officials say they think there was a child, and it may have been harmed because of the Corneaus' religious ptractices. The two belong to a sect called 'The Body,' which advocates faith healing over modern medicine."
