I wonder whether this artist - Masseot Abaquesne - was one of the inspirations for Gustav Klimt... Though these are mentioned here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustav_Klimt as his influences, but Masseot Abaquesne was a French artist of the 16th century...
