Out of curiosity and kind of brought to mind by what Dan ( BrotherDan) is going through, I was wondering the legal issue of JW doctines that are potentially harmful to children and how that can effect a custody hearing.
The no-blood issue is the obvious one, a child whos parent will not allow it to be saved by a blood transfusion is a child in risk by that parent, how does the law see this issue in regards to custody rights ?
