I am wondering about the set up in Bethel after reading some posts. It sounds like some of the men have their own offices. Who gets to have their own office? Also do some of them have their own bedroom or do they all share?
My father had his own office in our home and spent much of his hometime there but we were always free to go in if there was something we wanted to talk to him about (except when he had an elders meeting). Do the bigwigs in Bethel also have an open door policy?
I wonder about this as I am cuirious as to what sort of example they are setting and the sort of hierarchy/privelages they have.
