The new Shepherding the Flock book says that if a JW involved in a J.C. threatens legal action or to go to the media, the Elders should suspend any action and contact headquarters for instruction. Has anyone here been involved in a J.C. where this occurred? I am considering taking this route as a last resort and am wondering how effective it is.
