Why doesn't the Russian government put out "smart" propaganda?

It seems that some of the videos against Jehovah's Witnesses don't seem to attack in the right way.
They misquote and end up with ridiculous sounding incidents about Witnesses.
Why can't they make truly discrediting videos like those in the U.S. do?

I'm guessing most of it is because of the Orthodox church and these numbnuts don't know anymore about wts than a typical jw knows about wts. That is why it's important for xjw to backup their stuff when they make a video or make a writeup and not claim fiction like Russell being a mason or a childmolester.
