    Can the WBTS sue a person on this forum for slander or any other judiciary term?

    Sue? Umm... maybe. The WBTS recently got it's panties in a knot and started shutting down some apostate websites, apparently for copyright infringement. But slander? I don't think so.

    Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Making it stick is the trick. Don't lie and it won't be slander. There's enough bad truth out there for them to bury themselves.

    Slander? No. Libel? Sure. But their claims must be true in order for them to prevail, and the ensuing publicity would do them more damage than not as their dark sides would be made even more public.
