I think that at this point it may imperitive that many on this message board thinks about having Legal Insurance. We all have so many things to make us angry, and possibly things that are things that could be taken up in court. Whether it be a suit due to our own situation or even to think about a class action suit..........it is something that each and everyone of us might consider. We all pay for health insurance but we are 3 times more likely (per year) to need a legal action than being put in the hospital.
There are at least a couple of situations I am thinking about within the confines of this board that may cause individual or civil suits:
1) Blood issue

This outfit is in NM, USA. It is illegal for any company to exclude anyone for reasons such as.....age, race, or religion . This company, Bethel Coach Tours states within it website:

In this area of their website they say "Our tours are limited to Jehovah's Witnesses only. Immediate relatives who are not Jehovah's Witnesses may join the tours."
Totally illegal according to US laws.
