in all the years I was a Dub very little mention was ever made of Z/O's I presume they would have been based in either The UK Branch or Selters in Germany, anyone know who would have served in this position over the years? and who the current ones are?
I thought they were Gov Body enforcers - USAnians - sent to audit branches dressed up as "encouragement". So above the branch committees but below the Gov Body.
