Just stumbled upon this kid's talk about idolatry on YouTube. Just listen to the first 26 seconds. Around 0:20 an infant starts making noise & check out this future elder's expression at 0:26.

Poor kid. He looks miserable.
Doesn't a real child have the right to have a photograph or other physical items that remind him or her of father? Certainly, that would not be objectionable to any real human parent--why is it objectionable to God, if he calls himself our Father? This sounds like all the scriptures presented as disjointed factoids, and I am not going to start throwing things away based on disjointed factoids that lead to no valid conclusion.
