My daughter went to a DC this July 4th weekend, and I am curious as to where it could have been.
I'd rather not ask her. She'd think I was stirring the pot again.

Yup, UMass Amherst. Most of the congregations stay around Chicopee.

UMass Amherst, MA in the Mullins Center. The Hotels are in Hadley, Deerfield, Springfield, W. Springfield and some nasty ones in Chicopee and the Campus Hotel right on campus. There are no conventions held in Worcester.
There are about 7 conventions there since Spanish now switched from Connecticut to Amherst, MA. Beautiful area and wonderful restaurants.

The DC was, in fact, held at the Mullins Center...I went...didn't wanna be there, but didn't really have a choice.
