It seems like all digital watches has alarm functions, I just do not need it since I am myself deaf, It is hard to find it on the internet. If you know of a brand like that, please let me know. Thanks!

Why not just ignore features you don't use? That's what I do.
Can you still find digital watches? Last time I looked for a watch I couldn't find a digital.

Right. Just ignore them. Don't insist that they be disabled.
