get access to child's computer

My 16 year old brother is on a boot camp. Our father decided to send him there as he was addicted to online games, which my family have nothing against to, but he used to play the whole night, even on school days. The day before he left, my father deleted all the games. Somehow he took his computer to the camp. The camp staff said it was okay, they had no internet access. It seems there was and some in-game friends told my dad he was in the computer downloading the games. As we have different computers, is there a way for me to see if he is actually playing? If he is using my dad's credit card (which is saved in the computer to buy game money). I've posted the some question in other forum and people suggested many kinds such as keylogger, parental control software, remote desktop spy and many more.

I need some creative, yet EASY suggestions for which would only let us know if he is actually playing, so we do something about him. We want him to change. Thank you.

    Yes,

I think that Jehovahs Witnesses are a destructive cult too.

I'm pleased that you've stepped out here and started asking questions about Jehovahs Witnesses. Please feel free to stay and ask away.

Ideally, there already would be parental controls and your brother would have a limited account (not "administrator" privileges). But it seems to be too late for that now.

So first, do what purplesofa said. Cut off the credit card access, immediately! Second, your dad needs to call or go to the camp and get that computer away from him. Third, the technical means you're asking about (a) he could easily remove or defeat, with a little help from his friends; (b) could just as easily be used for illegal purposes; and (c) software that does what you want to do without physical possession of the computer is considered a "hacking tool" by the law, so there's no way anybody here is going to tell somebody they don 't know how or where to get such a thing.

Let your dad handle this. He's the parent, he's the adult, so dealing with this problem is his job. Show him the advice you've received from everybody here, and he can take the appropriate action.
