Unfortunately, history bears out that when we cut taxes, we get the boom. And then the BUST. Freeing the market and cutting taxes got us where we are today.

Burn The Ships: "This is awesome."
Boom and bust cycles were common in the 19th Century and early 20th Century. They would come in rapid succession one after the other. Those, of course, were the halcyon days of the pseudo-free market.

PS: that video was a nice puppet act but truth, BTS, is that you and your kind are morally and intellectually bankrupt. By the way, I'm still not a leftist or a Keynesian.

That sounds like something a racist would say.

Why don't you respond to the contents instead of the Post Script, or have you nothing substantial to say about, one more time:
"Boom and bust cycles were common in the 19th Century and early 20th Century. They would come in rapid succession one after the other."

Dude, did I say I disagree with you about the boom and bust?
No. I do not think I did so.
Now, why don't you address your rather bizarre slur at BTS?

"Dude, did I say I disagree with you about the boom and bust?"
Burns, implies by posting that video, that boom and bust cycles can be eliminated by the so called free market. Correct? All I asked of you was to respond to the contents of what I said, not whether I was right or wrong. You seem to have responded now by implying that you agree with my statement about boom and bust cycles happening more commonly in the 19th century than later but if you agree with me doesn't that imply that you disagree with Burns in his assessment of the situation?
Just what is your position?

I thought the video was funny. Hear me laugh. I think you are taking this subject way too seriously. As you do most things. I'm just saying.
