I have noticed that similarity. Seems that Osama Obama and the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger of the Washtowel Slaveholdery have similar agendas. Both ask humans to put their lives on hold for fake emergencies. Neither are open with their subjects about the real situation or about upcoming laws and regulations. And both have web sites exposing their nefarious plans months to years before the subjects are supposed to know about them.
Well, at least Osama Obama doesn't require people to go from door to door preaching his message. Yet.

Awwww, the sins of staying warm and well fed needs redemption through cap and tax, carbon credits. Sounds like something from an evil midget in a James Bond movie.
Too bad it's for real.

How can you not include Obama the climate savior?Obama does not believe any of it, nor does he push it any more than is politically expedient.
Consider this, which is not the action of someone that really believes carbon is any credible threat:
Anyway, this is really just poking fun. I have no involvement in politics.

With all of the scrutiny that global warming is going through right now its only going to bring some further clarity to the matter.
Quite frankly as I've mentioned before on other threads, even if man is not directly responsible on this phenomena,
pursuing cleaner energy sources will play out better for humanity and the global environment as well into the future.
One must remember and keep in mind that the worlds population is still in a state of continual growth
and some of the most heavily populated countries in the world are in a fast pace into moderation .

you may also enjoy reading the Daily Express newspaper in the UK which cites 100 reasons why climate change is natural:
http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/posts/view/146138
Reason number 77 is especially convincing to me:
77) Why should politicians devote our scarce resources in a globally competitive world to a false and ill-defined problem, while ignoring the real problems the entire planet faces, such as: poverty, hunger, disease or terrorism.
That really helps me understand that climate change is in fact natural.

It is ironic for me, because I live in a way that the carbonphobes would desire other people to live. I ride a bicycle and a scooter that gets 70 mpg. I have energy efficient lights and use solar panels to gather energy. I even recycle. I do these things mostly because it is cheap and efficient, which I like, and it has nothing to do with what I think it is doing to the environment. I consider it a personal aesthetic matter to not litter and pollute, and do not consider it alarming from the point of view of wildlife or nature being harmed, except for concentrations of certain toxins which can be deadly. Also, I only voted for a Republican once in my life when I was 24, but I repented and never committed that kind of crime against humanity ever again.
