Parking lot duty.

Did any of your kingdom halls have a problem with car prowling. Also I remember it was a big deal during the memorial also.
On one night kids took out our car battery.

Nothing. When I was an active witless, I would sometimes show up 15 minutes before anyone else, and see kids skating on the parking lot. I did nothing about it, since they were doing nothing wrong (and would have had a better chance to vandalize things instead of skating or bicycling on the Kingdumb Hell parking lot).
