Yes the true International Bible Student ended up getting the shaft by Rutherford. He changed many of the orginal concepts or understandings of Russell to what he knew would bring tighter control over the rank and file and illimate any free thought or religious freedom. Some who have written about that time period have shown that Judge Rutherford was all about control and power.
