I HAVE CALLED THE RSPCA AND I CALLED THE LOCAL LABOUR GROUP WHO WILL BRING IT UP WITH THE POLICE.
A NEIGHBOUR MENTIONED THAT THOSE DOGS COULD ATTACK CHILDREN.
