Since they treat the DF as if they are dead, don't you think if they had it their way, those who deviate from the truth would be stoned or hanged in full view of faithfull Dubs??

No, for the simple reason that we are living in the "Christian era" and not in the "Jewish era", and I would live by 1.Cor. 5 "12 For what do I have to do with judging those outside? Do YOU not judge those inside, 13 while God judges those outside?" and Matt. 26 " 52 Then Jesus said to him: “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword." And no words from any others can overturn those words.

I recall a Watchtower from the early to mid 60's I think, that basically said that in bible times sinners were put to death, but unfortunatly, we can't do that now.
