I assume you are asking about 'Circuit Assembly'.
Last I heard, Circuit Assemblies were 2-days duration once a year.
Special Assembly Days are likewise held once a year for each circuit.
Aren't they different days/weekends for each circuit?

SA and CA start in September of each new year and vary depending on the circuit and revolve around the CO's schedule. They run as late as June in this area meaning they sometimes come quite close to the DC.
I would try googling Jehovah and the location of the assembly hall and 2009 and something might pop up
