Does anyone out there have an online link to a current " no blood" card, a pdf would help but it doesn't have to be in that format.

In the US there is no single "no blood" card.
The "no blood" Advance Medical Directive was replaced by "no blood" Durable Power of Attorney forms about 6 or 7 years ago. Each state has different rules about wording for DPAs, so there are 50 different versions out there.
