If you are going to write an article on the Mexican JW's bribing authorities, then please suggest to your readers to purchase the PDF of COC and then they will have an entire book of explosive documents! This would be better than just having scans on one topic.

Thank-you Atlantis so much, to let you know I do have the COC and yes it's a great read. The PDF I'm maiking is for active JW's so no I don't think I'll mention it in my article hehe. I was thinking that the Mexico incident was in a publication, but I guess it's just the letter from Bethel to the Mexican branch? TTYL and thanks again...most helpful.
