They got it right, finally realizing the medical need for marijuana. They are the smart ones by getting the bill passed. I hope other states in the country wake up soon. There are so many who could benifit from its use. It does not have to be smoked for those of you that would argue its harmful for the lungs. It is in pill form.

Enforcement of victimless "crimes" such as marijuana posession siphons off massive resources that law enforcement could use to deter real crimes. Also, many thousands of people are locked up and have their lives ruined for posession of it. They need to decriminalize it.
