An inactive JW friend who attended the recent IL 6 CA told me they realigned the circuit...now parts of IL 7 and MO 2 or 1 (E. St. Louis) are now part of IL 6...anyone confirm?

Not aware of the specifics but realignments are usually due to decreases in jw population, congregations.
