    OK, dyin' to know. Whip the egg whites? Use less whole egg? Loose pack? Tell, tell!

    Oy, stop being such a nudnik already, OK, OK.... The trick is, instead of using water or soup stock for the matzoh ball mix? Use club soda or seltzer water instead. They turn out light, fluffy, but not fally aparty.

    Man, I was afraid the punch line would involve bacon fat or something. I have never eaten them. I don't exactly 'get' why anyone would.

    Eggs whites and club soda....do not over cook....do not make too small. Perfect!
