  We have a family of b next door. Well we know when they are home by the yelling and arguing. Is this the norm for this group, does anyone have any experience of them.

  They are Witnesses? My wife was raised in the Witnesses and it's downright embarrassing how loud she is when she gets irritated about anything. Neighbor from hell, I call her.
