We have a gentleman who patrols the parking lot here at our job to assist with our safety, yesterday one of my collegues asked him how he was doing and he said he was not doing well, his mother was getting buried that day. Come to find out, his mother is a jw, battling leukemia and due to not being able to take blood, had her life cut short.

Yes it is sad from all angles, he is a very friendly individual, quite soft spoken....my heart goes out to him and his family.
