Well done Anglicans! I have a lot of respect for Rowan Williams, but I really think he is too kind and generous a person for the position he holds. Many of those in his church are not worthy of his leadership. Maybe at some point down the line Jehovah's Witnesses and other "conservative" groups will start to feel shame for the second class status they accord women. The "scene of this world is now changing" - for the better!

The Anglican Church is facing schism over this and other things such as homosexuality.

same could be said today about the LGBT population.....
by their baptisms, are they not brought into the covenant?
and if not.... stop the charade.......
maybe religion IS a snare and a racket?
