Is the WTS just one step away to allow downloading the Watchtower magazine in PDF format?? it sure looks that way!!
they have been doing this for a while now, it is mp3's only. the logging in aspect is for brothers only and for congregational use primarily.

Along with some snitchware that will blow in anyone that posts it on an apostate forum. Likely, downloading the PDF will also install a spyware (that cannot be removed without Brother Hounder getting a call) that will snitch on you if you click onto an apostate web site. Or, for that matter, any site that the Washtowel feels is a threat to their unearned livelihood.
That is, if they don't turn around unexpectedly and crack down hard on the Internet, allowing members to only view their own sites and under the condition that they download the snitchware or a block that keeps them from using other sites. Any other use of the Internet could easily become like college is today.
This is interesting!! after several years of being antagonistic about the internet they finally succumb to it!!!!!

I've been subscribed to the Watchtower, Awake!, and Study Watchtower podcasts for a few months now. I get them through iTunes, thus no risk of them coming bundled with spyware (they go straight from Brooklyn to my iPod without ever entering my computer). It almost makes up for not being able to subscribe to the physical magazines any more.
