My hero

In my life I've had a lot of people I looked at as heroes: guitar players, athletes, etc. But I have a new hero. A different kind of hero for me. His name is Steven Hassan and many of you know why he's the shiznit! Anyone ever met him?

Khaled Hosseini, the author of A Thousand Splendid Suns. Saw him April 10th this year, a very gentle and kind man. He gave a flavour of what it is like in Afghanistan. Talked about arriving in the USA with nothing and how his family worked to better themselves.
