Should real JWs be allowed on YouTube?

I wouldn't be suprised if the society bans JWs from surfing on YouTube in the near future.

Isn't it a very dangerous place for witnesses? If you type in "Jehovah's witnesses" or "watchtower", you are immediately flooded with "apostate" videos. Sure, there are a few videos that support JWs, but you need to filter through the "bad" stuff first. Even viewing one or two videos could be enough to plan a seed of doubt deeply within that would eventually cause the witness to start waking up.

The GB must be aware of this and must be very afraid that many will "just wake up" upon visiting youtube.

What's worse, how about those JWs that actually posts comments on these apostate videos attempting to defend the "truth"(tm)?

Could the GB outright ban YouTube? Could YouTube sue the WT for defamation if this happens?

    Curious.

Perhaps the Dear Brothers & Sisters who are privileged to 'spy' on sites where apostates flourish enjoy Youtube too much to want it banned.

I doubt seriously a WTS appointed lurker can lurk for a couple of months and not start to lose belief in the WTS.

Which is why they would appoint someone who is in it for the power trip--those people can read apostate material and stay in the cancer because the cancer gives them power.

Ultimately, they will come up with YouTube as another grounds to lose "privileges". Already, they have targeted MySpace as grounds to forfeit "privileges". However, the majority of people that visit YouTube do not have to have accounts--if they are there to watch videos, they can still find all the apostate videos they want, and then some. And Brother Hounder is going to have no way of knowing if they are on.

What they might do is tell people that YouTube, and similar video sharing services, is totally taboo and threaten the witlesses that such are inhabited with demons. Scare people away from this. Hopefully it will be about as effective as scaring them off the Internet was.

Oops...the kid who made the disfellowshipping justification should pull it quick before someone recognizes him.
