  because of a techno-glitch I don’t think you’ll be seeing the meeting just yet. However if you right-click on the red x - go into properties - copy the url address (this works better from left to right) - put the address into you browser - then return to the thread and copy the text beginning with ? following the red x (make sure to include the dot at the end - add the text to the address ending in jpg already in your browser - press return et voilà ... the private meeting of the governing body ! ! !

  This should do it: Well, I thought it would. I did see the cartoon, and it was funny. But, it is encyrpted not to all URl click on from this site. So, I have tried to get around that, and will see what happens.
