In the (barf) revelation its grand (ungrand in this case) climax, it states that Babylon The Great (i.e. false religion) most dominant part is christianity. Does anyone know where one can look up the # of members during the early 1900's and now today? Would really like that information if possible to get it.

Did the "Revelation Climax in your hand" book use the word "dominant"? I would think "dominant" would mean at least a majority.

According to an article here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_religion , Christianity comprises 33% of the world population, Islam 20%, Hinduism 13%, and others less than 10%. I don't think "dominant" is the right word. "Leading" would be a more accurate term.

However, in terms of the WT Society, the adherents of Christianity are their prime targets -- because people from a non-Christian background rarely embrace the JW message. So when they say Christendom is dominant, it serves their propagandic purpose.

The truth is that the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger is distorting the figures again, to serve their own nefarious purposes. If only a third of people are Christian, that leaves a majority that are of some other religion. Many are Islam. Many are of Eastern religions, including Buddhism and Hinduism. Many are independent. Some are atheists. There are also Devil worshipers of various forms. Notably, the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger leaves such ones out.

Except occasionally in a stock presentation "What to say to an Islam", "What to say to an atheist", and the like. Those stock presentations are easily rebutted (post one on this forum, and you will have 50 different rebuttals). They also rarely if ever work.
