Have you ever wondered if there was a Biblical precedent to allow Christmas to be celebrated by Christians that the Watchtower missed?

Check out the link that shows the freedom we have to choose a celebration day:

What about the star of Bethlehem? Was it Satan's star as the Watchtower says or does the evidence show that it was God's star?

Check out the link to find out our reasoning.

    Hi

Christians of course may celebrate Jesus birth on whatever day they choose.

The only problem I had with your link was this:

The Christians who originally instituted the celebration of the birth of our Saviour believed that it was right to honor Jesus on any day, and Christians throughout the centuries have agreed. As a result December 25th the day that pagans worshipped the sun in the sky, was victoriously taken back for God in order to honor and adore God's gift of His own Son. The victory of light over darkness has been so outstanding that the pagan worship of the sun on December 25th has long disappeared.

I, and hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of pagans with me, celebrate the winter solstice (the birth of the Sun God, marking the triumph of light over darkness) each year. This remains a pagan celebration.

I dont mind the christians using pagan dates and pagan symbolism to remember the birth of their God, not at all! We can all celebrate God together.

    Cheryl,

To make a link clickable, either leave an empty space in the leftmost column before the URL address, or place a non-blank character (such as *) immediately before the address! Example:
