Seems that a noted debunker and exposer of the Scientology cult has been found dead of an apparent suicide. Anyone think this could be a hit made to look like a suicide???

It wouldn't surprise me in the least, The guy that died was in the recent BBC documentary on scientology

I think scientology makes the WBTS look like amateurs in the field of being an evil cult only interested in your money.
The town where this happened is completely owned by scientology so I doubt that it would come out if they were involved.

I watched the whole show when it was first aired and I think John Sweeney probably lasted longer than most people would have under such pressure. He was very candid about the scene and it was a shame that the BBC didn't support him more.
Personally, I think Tommy was deliberately goading Sweeney and was disappointed all he got was a shouting at.
I agree, I think most people when they lose it there is an under lying cause. I give him the benefit of the doubt as to what he was feeling. I would not be an easy job interviewing a-hls.

It was mentioned he suffered depression, anythings possible these days. Then didn't they say Marilyn Monroe suffered depression? And look at the story's about that case.
