On the "eco" link, I clicked on the wrong link, and got the car that G.M. is coming out with, and it cost $80,000 dollars! That can buy a lot of gas.
Way to go, G.M. If you can't get us to buy the gas, sell us a car that we can't possibly afford, and it will compensate for your gas loss. I say the oil companies and car manufacturers are in cahoots with each other.

I like the little car....only I have to drag windows and all kinds of equipment around with me on a daily basis.... I don't think it would all fit. Would be great for getting around in Boston though....and it would be much easier to find a parking spot...
I'll be looking for a car this spring... mine has almost 200,000 miles on it... but it's paid for and gets 37 mpg.... and doesn't give me trouble... but I think I'm pushing it at this point...

There is an even better way. Just turn in a fake time slip. All you have to do is show up with the group once, and fake having stayed out all day instead of the five minutes you actually stayed out. Then run those errands you needed to run anyways at that time. Other days can be totally faked, as long as the total fake and real hours add up.
Also found out about a Canadian made car with very good mileage................
