I added all the partakers and congregations separately and arrived at
Partakers: 31
Congos: 62
Exactly half of the congos had partakers!. Using a conservative 90,000 congos gives 45,000 partakers world wide!

If your survey participants were mainly from America and Western Europe, the results may be slightly skewed because more long-time JW's are there than in other places. Still, half the congregations is a lot! Worldwide, the results should be about 1 out of every 8 congregations (if the WTS statistics are accurate ).
