Since LSU had a glorious and stunning victory over the Buckeyes tonight, it has called to mind the late Pistol Pete Maravich. I had the biggest crush on him as a girl of 10 and 11. And it was so exciting that the year we moved from South East Louisiana, so did Pete and to Atlanta where we had moved. He played for the Hawks and we could not have been more proud of him.

I know I can't be the only PPM fan here. Of course LSU fans are probably exhausted from all the cheering and have gone to bed. Sleep peacefully. Tomorrow we all celebrate.

Pistol Pete was an amazing shooter. The only pure shooter that ever rivaled him was Larry Bird, although at a different position. He died way too young.

Code Blue? As in democratic? I'm very proud that Michigan didn't go for Bush. I don't believe Ohio did either. If you cross off the dead and non existent voters that is. Hehe. I don't have any feelings against Ohio. I love the state its self. I just love LSU. And up in Michigan, Ohio Buckeyes are an enemy. But me being a southern girl who owes her life to Auburn University (my parents met there), I'm not really into the Big Ten rivalries. I'm more of a Auburn/Alabama or Georgia State and Ga Tech gal.
