That is a question I've had for awhile, I have wondered what other South American countries require all young men to be part of the military reserve if any. Like Mexico, requirement of having young men serve at least one year (I think thats right) in the Army/Military Reserves???
If anyone has any information on this I would greatly appreciate it.
