It's in the same line as the Jesus and Darwin fish emblems.

It represents the Flying Spaghetti Monster, a satirical church that maintains similar faith based beliefs like Christianity holds, except replaces the concept of God with a flying spaghetti monster.

Oh and pirates. You can't forget the pirates.
