There may already be a thread on this ... this man's face is being completely consumed by a tumor that started some 35 years ago because he wouldn't accept a blood transfusion that was needed to remove the tumor:

Now a doctor is willing to help him without the use of blood. This poor man has been suffering for so many years, most of his life!

Thanks, lovelylil, now that I have posted it I came across several other threads on it.
Oh well. Just thought it was fascinating and well worth sharing here. I'm not around that much anymore and I really miss this community.
