I have my own cafepress shop, but I haven't gone public with it yet. I've got all kinds of crap on there!
It's pretty easy. Just sign up and create your own shop. The best thing to do when making your item is to download the template so you get the sizing right, put your image on top, and then upload it back. You'll get a preview of what the shirt / clock / magnet / whatever will look like.
