Well, for starters...check out this grammar....

This title come from Isaiah 21:8. It is known worldwide as the

and this sounds...well, not like it came from headquarters

It keeps watch on world events as these fulfill Bible prophecy . It comforts all peoples with the good news that God's Kingdom will soon destroy those who oppress their fellowmen and that it will turn the earth into a paradise. It encourages faith in God's now-reigning King, Jesus Christ , whose shed blood opens the way for mankind to gain eternal life. The Watchtower, published by Jehovah's Witnesses continuously since 1879, is nonpolitical. It adheres to the Bible as its authority.
and that it will turn the earth into a paradise.

Who is IT? And that IT (watchtower) will turn earth into a paradise???

The wording here is just atrocious. And the information is innacurate. Watchtower is NOT published by Jehovah's witnesses.

    WWOD? (what will One do?)

You can always go to a brothers house and use the computer. Maybe hit the edit button....and tell a little bit about your impression of the watchtower. Show there IS another version.

The real purpose of the Watchtower is to defraud people into joining the cult, and then teaching the members what they have to do now. It also teaches people the ever-evolving beliefs that they are supposed to adhere to. Primarily, it serves to goad people into doing ever more. Note that the Experiences section always has those people that cross crocodile waters after walking 20 miles, spend $600 a meeting for a helicoptor, or pioneer despite having Marfan's syndrome or being in an iron lung. Of course, they put questions from readers (actually, questions that are from the Governing Body, designed to alleviate the threats of people going apostate). Note that the best purpose for these magazines is to serve as bedding for that hamster after shredding.

the purpose of the WT is to be partially underlined, preferrably using neon colored markers that can be seen 6 rows behind you to make a spiritual(TM) impression.
