I read the topic on the girl who was forced a blood transfusion because of her Crohn's Disease-
I have a JW friend that has this disease, does anyone know anything about this disease?
Are blood transfusions often necessary??
Ugh. I feel bad about this.

Since you can have GI bleeding with Crohn's it woudl be possible to lose enough blood that you may need one or more tranfusions.
