Put that with the comments made by those in Bethel when under oath..they were asked, "Unity at ALL costs?" they said, "Yes, unity at ALL costs"!
I learned about "Groupthink" at a diversity session a couple jobs ago.
Groupthink is when one person talks and everybody mindlessly agrees.
However the best ideas arise with a vigorous discussion of a diversity of viewpoints. And I don't mean only ethnic diversity. By diversity I mean you really listen to those with differing backgrounds, approaches and styles.
