It's a piano piece and I know there is a classical song that sounds a lot like it but I can't for the life of me remember the name. I think it's a classical song anyway. What song am I thinking of?

Well hey erynw, if you had looked at the comments from the link you posted in your original post, you would have seen that the song is Frederic Chopin's Prelude, Opus 28, No. 15 in D Flat major, commonly refered to as "Raindrop Prelude".

It really is a beautiful piece. I found it on a CD I had after I stumbled across the name of it.
