My eight year old daughter is looking for a email penpal from another country. I know there are quite a few non US members here so if anyone has a child in that age range that might be interested please PM me. She enjoys reading, pets, mountain biking, Barbies and dinosaurs/fossils.

Thats really cool, I remember I had a Penpal from Germany when I was in school, it started as a school project but in the end it was just really cool.

My daughter did the 'penpal' thing when she was a kiddo. She wound up with almost 2 dozen or so. She finally 'weeded' them out to about 5 or 6.
She kept track of them in notebooks.
Most were in the states - with a few foreign ones.
Good Luck - your daughter will have lots of fun - and learn a lot from her penpal(s).
