My reply: I think you are referring to the Watchtower-1987-September-1-pp.12-15, which mentioned an example of a JW nurse breaching the laws of confidentiality or (committing an illegal act), and taking the information she had obtained to the elders. Yes, I remember that article as causing quite a "stink" and with good reason! Even though the punishment for breaking laws of privacy may vary from state to state, there can be some heavy penalties for committing such an act. A Doctor could lose everything if medical records were breached and private information got into the wrong hands. Sure, I will be happy to give you the links to that 4 page article!
