The text says something about a "demon hand" -- is that a reference to the hand holding the second scepter from the left? It does have a yucky appearance, but I think that's because of the artist's attempt to show the motion of the Jesus character's arm.
The face of Jesus is spooky enough! Dig those hollow, fiery eyes! *shudder*
